Pamela Miller, PCC, ELI-MP

Pamela Miller is the Founding Director and Partner of Lead2Success, an Executive Leadership coaching practice dedicated to helping executives, managers and their teams develop leadership skills and build cultures of trust and innovation. Pamela specializes in working with diverse cultures, minority managers and executives who want to develop their executive presence within their specific work environment while identifying and maintaining their authenticity and values. She utilizes her experience leading multicultural and minority-based work environments to help executives build teams that operate at the highest level of success. Whether coaching one-on-one, with teams or groups, she curates individualized programs and workshops for both in-person and virtual experiences. Her clients include executives, managers and teams from companies as diverse as: Alliance Data Systems, Zurich Global Insurance, ConocoPhillips, Hess Oil, Sun Trust Bank, Southern Methodist University and Texas Health Resources, to name a few.

Pamela has held high-level management positions at specialty retailers including Vice-President in Operations, at Neiman Marcus where she managed day-to-day operations in three divisions with over 750 employees who came from over 80 different countries. She has managed multi-million-dollar expense budgets, developed strategies to improve customer service, worked closely with international vendors, and developed and implemented training materials for managers and other employees, resulting in improved processes in production areas.

Drawing upon her experience as a senior executive in retail, as well as in property management and start-ups, she has enabled her clients to find renewed passion for their work, develop dynamic and generative professional relationships, and achieve balance in their personal and professional lives. She inspires people to excel by helping them set clear and obtainable goals that benefit themselves, their co-workers, their company, their family and their community.

Pamela holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF (International Coach Federation), she is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a certified Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Certified COR.E Wellbeing Dynamics Specialist and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist. She is a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Step I and Step II Instruments, R2 Strengths Profiler and is Certified in Conversational Intelligence.

In addition to coaching and directing Lead2Success, Pamela is the co-owner of the specialty tea wholesale and retail company, zakti, LLC.

Sandra Tibbs, PhD

Sandra Tibbs is the founder and CEO of Neverest Solutions, a leadership development company providing executive coaching, consulting and training to organizations. Sandra is an accomplished leader, corporate trainer, speaker and executive coach who has worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies. She has counseled leaders from a variety of industries including State Farm, Chase, Cornerstone Credit Union, Verizon and Rackspace through her leadership programs. Combining her extensive experience in military intelligence training with an understanding of neuroleadership and organizational leadership, Sandra makes every speaking event, and training session interactive and shares unique and relevant stories with her audience. Sandra specializes in helping leaders develop an authentic and strong leadership presence by connecting with their authentic leadership voice, creating a sphere of influence, and building resilience in themselves and their teams. Sandra has more than 14 years of leadership experience at different levels of organizations to include her role as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force. Her career highlights include leading more than 2,000 people as part of the executive team, boosting division’s development efforts through creative resource reallocation and reprioritization, and overseeing the budget to meet strict national level intelligence requirements for Homeland Security and other national missions.

A native of Peru, Sandra is fully fluent in English and Spanish, and culturally competent, skills she has put to good use coaching the increasingly diverse C-suite. Sandra has been featured on NBC Latino, sourced in Latina Magazine and Vista Magazine, and been a featured radio commentator. Frank Leitzman, ELI-MP

Frank Leitzman has been coaching and working in transformational education for over 15 years and energetically works with clients from all over the world. His clients are individuals who are ready to embrace all that is possible in all areas of their lives with passion and commitment. Frank believes, "100% is possible 100% of the time.... it’s up to you to find the way to turn that possibility into a reality.... in the way that works for you!"

Bringing over 19 years of strategic financial planning and tactical application expertise to coaching clients, Frank combines his focused drive for financial security with a genuinely sincere passion for coaching. Frank began his financial career in 1993 directly managing over $10 million in client assets. He works with his clients navigating through technical and fundamental financial strategies building sound and successful financial plans by looking forward - managing risk and maximizing opportunity. Frank builds strong relationships based upon his clients’ individual needs, goals and best interests, both in finance and personal coaching. Frank holds the Series 3 (Commodities and Futures Contracts), Series 34 (Off Exchange Forex Transactions), and Series 30 (Futures Branch Manager) professional licenses and is a member of the National Futures Association.
